Peacock feathers shawl update

- a Faroese version of Dorothy Siemens' Peacock Feathers Shawl, (unblocked)
- Milward sz 11 steel crochet hook for the edging
- 2 or 3 sts crocheted together with ch5 or ch 9 inbetween

- next time will fill in the solid areas with eyelets for a more feathery look

Currently OTN

I've adapted Dorothy Siemens' triangular Peacock Feathers Shawl pattern into a Faroese style with a back panel and shoulder shaping found in Myrna Stahman's Shawls and Scarves.
The yarn is Jagger Spun Superlamb, (merino wool,) and the needles are 3mm Addi lace circulars.
Some of the smaller beaded stitch markers catch on the yarn overs so I made new stitch markers with larger beads.

NB: if I gently pull down the fabric below a smaller stitch marker that has gone through to the wrong side then it usually pops back to the right side.
